On November 5 at the 2011 Country Classic Auction, we are proud to celebrate all the cowgirls in our lives - our sisters, daughters, mothers and best friends - by kicking up our heels and supporting the highest-priority needs of Women's Health Services at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC).

For more than 130 years, the hospitals of London have provided world-renowned health care for women from a variety of clinics and locations across our city. Now, the next generation of women's care will happen at the state-of-the-art Grace Donnelly Women's Health Pavilion on Level Four and Level Five of the new North Tower, which will have its official opening on September 27.

This move to consolidate women's care into one exceptional new facility will help LHSC set a new standard for the care of women and their children.

Proceeds from the 2011 Country Classic Auction will support the highest-priority needs of Women's Health Services at the new Grace Donnelly Women's Health Pavilion, which will provide family-centred care to more than 500 women a day.
