Based on your giving levels, and as our sincere appreciation for their generous support, members of our Leadership Circles receive:

Patron's Circle (annual gift* between $1,000 - $4,999)
	Donor Updates - annual updates on program area(s) supported by Patron's Circle donors
Associate's Circle (annual gift* between $5,000 - $9,999)
	Yearly newsletter and other special communications from LHSF
	Donor Updates - annual updates on program area(s) supported by Associate's Circle donors
Founder's Circle (cumulative giving** between $10,000 - $14,999)
	A welcome letter into the Founder's Circle
	Yearly newsletter and other special communications from LHSF
	Donor Updates - annual updates on program area(s) supported by Founder's Circle donors
	Priority invitation to two Hospital presentations (this may include a tour or demonstration of equipment) for Founder's Circle donor and a guest
President's Circle (cumulative giving** between $15,000 - $24,999)
	A welcome letter into the President's Circle
	Yearly newsletter and other special communications from LHSF
	Donor Updates - annual updates on program area(s) supported by President's Circle donors
	Priority invitation to two Hospital presentations (this may include a tour or demonstration of equipment) for President's Circle donor and a guest
	Name recognized in LHSF's Annual Report (unless our donor chooses to remain anonymous)

* Annual gifts are recognized when the yearly giving total is between $1,000 and $9,999. Once a person reaches a cumulative giving level of $10,000 or more, they are subsequently recognized for their cumulative gifts.

** Cumulative gifts in the range of $10,000 to $24,999 will only recognize Leadership Giving individuals, corporations, foundations and service groups who have given any amount in the past three years.
