Redevelopment
In response to the ever-increasing speed of scientific discovery, an aging infrastructure and a population with growing health care needs, London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) is involved in a long-term, province-wide plan to modernize our Hospital.
Known as Redevelopment, this plan will streamline patient flow and enhance service collaboration to positively impact patients, health care staff and the community at large.
The centerpiece of Redevelopment is the new North Tower. This state-of-the-art, 10-storey, 600,000-square-foot facility at Victoria Hospital was created to provide coordinated, comprehensive health care across the region. It was also designed to ensure LHSC staff members have the resources they need to deliver world-class health care.
As Redevelopment is the highest-priority need of our Hospital, so too is it the highest-priority need of London Health Sciences Foundation. Please help us fund the innovative equipment, education and research that will enable enhanced patient care at this outstanding facility.
