NYC Marathon

On November 1, 2015 Erica Mayfield and Ed Cook of Woodstock, Ontario will be running the 2015 NYC Marathon to support The Living Kidney Donor Program, Multi-Organ Transplant Program at the London Health Sciences Centre.

London’s Multi-Organ Transplant Program is one of the leading transplant programs in Canada, performing about 160 transplants annually, including kidney transplants from living donors. Erica’s husband, Ben, received a living donor transplant in September, 2015. In gratitude, Erica and Ed (a close friend) are both running the NYC Marathon to raise funds and to help increase awareness about the ongoing need for organ donation. All proceeds will go to the transplant program.
